RO is slightly smaller but is quicker and faster and will have higher draft capital. NC took 3 years to break out and hasn't played a full season in the NFL.
I'll take Odunze.

If I had to make this decision today (before landing spots), I'm going Nico. I have Nico as a top-10 redraft option for '24.
However given your roster, I can see the argument to ignore '24 and take the higher risk/return option. The safe play is Nico but the upside play is Odunze.
