This is an offer I'm thinking of sending out. Is it too light?

Yes. It's way too light. Your end of bench guys aren't landing you what many believe is a potentially solid RB2. Ross and Hull are drop candidates. Unless this is TEP or the other owner is insanely high on Musgraves this is an auto-reject.

Not even close for me, they are all borderline waiver fodder for a guy as of today is a volume based RB2. If they draft or sign guy with any sort of relevant capital or contract then his value will dip.
