Should I trade for Waddle?

You made a decent offer, it was rejected with no counter, walk away.
Waddle had a poor 2023 season, and some owners may be discouraged and selling low on Waddle.

The smart owner is holding and not selling low.
Nothing you can do if the Waddle owner in your league is smart.
