Everything I’ve seen has a tier drop after MHjr Nabers Odunze. Some have drops within that 3 as well, but I’ve never seen those 3 not go top 3 in some order

Roman Wilson, AD Mitchell, Brian Thomas JR, Malachi Corley, Xavier Legette, Ladd McConkey could all pop in the right situation as early as year 1.
