Does Perine have a likely role next year? I'm in a very deep league with large starting lineups & I'm looking for a free agent pick up with a pulse to add depth. Not looking for anything more than 7-10 PPR points if I have to start him in a pinch.

"Likely", no. But he should be rostered in a "very deep" league. Who else is out there and who are you thinking about cutting to roster him?

He is definitely one of those retreads that could be needed mid season thru injuries and bye weeks. If you have room to stash him at the end of your bench, then do it.
