Premier Style League w/Promotion Relegation, Competition Cups, Champions League and a "World Cup" MFL, SF, TEP, PPR

I have a league on Myfantasyleague we are recruiting for. It is styled similar to the Premier League, where teams will be split into divisions with Promotion and Relagation (demotion) depending on performance. There will also be annual Competition Cups, a Champions League and "World Cup" competition that will occur every two seasons.
The league will be SF, PPR, TEP. $100 per season and a $50 insurance bond (bond is in place of the requirement of having a team pay for 2 seasons up front). We will use league safe for payment with majority vote. For those not able to use it, we can work something else out or even stand up a TeamStake instance for those outside of the US or Canada.
Currently have 17 teams with the goal for 48. One copy of player for every 12 teams we have.
