World Federation of Fantasy Leagues is working to fill the Euro League II.
Teams will need to have a European city or region and a mascot. The owner does not necessarily need to be from Europe, just the team.
Owners will need to join the WFFL Discord server
As soon as it is full and paid up, drafting will start
