I know the majority of people here will say hold Stroud, but how about this trade to kick start the rebuild..

Give: Stroud
Get: 1.03, 1.06, 2025 1st

I can still draft a QB & will give me 5 1sts in 2025. This is a free league so I always happy to gamble!

Team below
SF 1/2 PPR
QBs: Stroud, Kyler, Love, Cousins
RBs: White, Cook, Roschon, Warren, Gainwell, Williams, Herbert
WRs: Metcalf, Collins, Dotson, Mingo, Cooks, Bell
TE: Kmet, Schultz, Friermuth
Picks:
20241.09, 2.09, 3.09
2025 1st x4, 2nd, 3rd
2036 1st x2, 2nd, 3rd

I mean, seems like a lot of ammo.
You need RB help. This class is terrible though.

1.03 is probably Nabers. Love that.
1.06 could be Odunze or Bowers.
You have the QB depth to do it.

Yea, Love hitting has helped! I think I need WR help more than RB tbh!

I guess it seems okay on paper, but I think I would rather hold Stroud with missing out on both Williams and Harrison Jr. I get Nabers is a top end prospect as well, but he is not in the top two. It also depends on what you are hoping to do with the 1.06. In a full rebuild, I would not gamble on Bowers based on how many TEs bust fantasy wise at the next level. Seems like you have a sure thing in the most expensive position in the format who is young and you are taking all the gamble here hoping picks hit.

If you could move Love for the 1.03 and one of 1.06 or 2025 1st I’d do that if possible.

Wow, I don't know how you can turn that down. Love should take a step forward and Cousins signing as a starter with Minny or somewhere else will get you through this year. You'll have a lot of ammo to move up or down the draft. Or even use one of those picks you get for Stroud on a running back.

I like it. It's a gamble obviously but I think a reasonable one given your roster. The 1.03 will yield such a great player in SF that I'd do this deal. I'd be prepared to go BPA at 1.03 which might be a QB. And if I didn't get a QB with the 1.03 or 1.06, I'd shop the 1.09 when it was OTC to see what I could get in a vet.

I traded Stroud in my SF league during the season. Did so a few weeks before he hit peak value but I'm still happy with the trade.

I wouldn't make this trade. Stroud is a top 5 option at the postition right now. The draft is so hit or miss. You already hit with Stroud. I wouldn't try to gamble on the in coming rookies. Everyone always claims these new rookies are "generational talents", but we see them bust more often than not. A lot of the time it's becuase of where they get drafted to, coaching and oportunity. Stroud already has all of this working for him. I would try to trade Kyler. If Arizona drafts MHJ at 4, I would ride the hype train and move him while you can.

Good point. And elite QBs—when you find them, you'll own them for 10-15 years.

At only 0.5ppr I’m holding CJ.
