I can't quite believe it! The trade calculators I use thought it slightly favoured the other guy but I don't see it. Those early 2nds are no sure thing! Phew.

For the most part, the trade calculators FAR overvalue rookie picks.

That's what I'm learning (only been playing dynasty a couple seasons)! I love the excitement of the draft and having rookie picks but getting players like Bijan is just another level. Although I suppose it depends on a team's individual strategy.

I love LaPorta but I couldn't pay that price. KWIII is a borderline RB1 for #12 and still has plenty of dynasty value.

Depending on the premium, I'd prefer KWIII side. Pitts should bounce back, and can't see Laporta scoring 10TDs regularly.

Was reading through the thread and was going to comment even before you asked Troll. I get why Team "B" would want to make that deal. I struggle to see the reasoning behind Team "A". Guess they just wanted out on Pitts? LaPorta is great, the rest is trash.

But just maybe an actual QB and different OC lifts the Falcon's offense this year. I'd have waited to find out.

Brian Thomas Jr. for me, and I'm a Jags fan, so worst case I get to root for a guy that's on my bench and hope he can replace one of the aging vets in my starting line-up on a contender.

Agreed. Trade partner was in rebuild. He didn't get any offers there so I took a stab at it. He ended up taking Penix next and we were both happy.

I'd rather have Pitts & KWIII by a good margin. Dowdle and the 2.09 don't really add that much value to this deal.
