2024 Off-Season Trades

Didn't see a thread for this so figured I'd start one. Just completed the following trade for Team 2 in my sig, which is .5PPR. Wanted to move up in the draft to hopefully secure Bowers at TE.

Sent: DK Metcalf, TJ Hockensen, 1.6
Received: S. Barkley, J. Downs, 1.4

Hopefully there isn't much switching up above me in the draft spots, but May is far away. Hockensen I loved his production this year, but with JJ back, Addison around, and Kirk possible not in MN any more, PLUS Hock's injury, I can't even be sure he plays much of 2024. Overall I'm happy with it, but I need Bowers to be available at 1.4 for things to go as planned.

Yuck. I'd prefer Metcalf to Barkley and Hockenson to Downs so this is essentially two downgrades to move up two spots in the draft when we don't even know who is going to skyrocket up or fall down draft boards before then. Not a fan.

This was a gamble for sure but i hope it works out for you and you get your guy at the draft.

That is pretty much veto-able in SF. No top 12 QB is that cheap.
