Neglected roster - Am I being stingy? (update)

12tm PPR SF Bestball 0.5-TEP

This is by far my worst dynasty team. I tried bestball for the first time last year. I hate it, it just lends itself to being neglected since I don't have to check in once a week to manage lineups (and this particular league runs waivers every few weeks).

So I'm trying to overhaul a neglected roster but I'm having trouble getting a deal done.

After some back and forth, I have 3 offers:

Give: Fields + Kamara + Keenan + faab
Get: Cousins + Andrews + playoff '24 1st & 2nd

Give: Fields + Moore + R.White
Get: Richardson + Addison

Give: Keenan + Kamara + faab
Get: Musgrave + playoff ‘24 1st

Update with another counter:

Give: Fields + DJM + White + Mixon
Get: Richardson + Addison + Spears

Thoughts?

No difference other than resetting the RB clock a bit with a Mixon/Spears swap

The first deal is probably better on value and gives me a chance to recoup some value on aging guys that I probably otherwise won't be able to sell. The second deal is probably also fine on value but Fields seems like a similar bet to AR and call me crazy but I still like DJM more than Addison

Am I being stingy? Should I take one of these?

Edit: it is also relevant that I’m barreling toward QB purgatory with a QB room of: Fields, Jimmy G, Trubisky

And I narrowly missed the playoffs so my picks are mid (1.06/2.06/etc)

Thanks. Unfortunately all of these are after multiple counters, so we're nearing final offer territory, and I agree that I'm not blown away by any of them. For Deal 2, we might be able to sub Herbert in for Richardson, with minimal changes (based on talks)

And yes, that's what I said lol. Deal 1 and Deal 3 are obviously the same owner. Yesterday he offered his 1st for Keenan and Kamara and I said yeah I can't give them both for a playoff 1st. Last night, I took the QBs out of it and offered Kamara + Keenan + Mayer + $192 for Andrews + late 1st + late 2nd. Thought that was reasonable. The Musgrave offer is his counter to that, saying that he'd need two 1sts to sell Andrews, and he doesn't think AK/KA/Mayer is worth three 1sts

I agree here. The other three original offers are not great for me and I would not be thrilled with any of them.

Gave: Fields + DJM + Mixon + R.White
Got: Herbert + Addison + Spears

I don’t love it but I figure, (per KTC), I went from:

WR16 —> WR14
RB27 —> RB23
and paid Rachaad White to move from Fields to Herbert

If I frame it that way, I’ll take it
