Dobbins value?

Just curious if anyone is buying dobbins as a team building for next year and beyond. Value has gotta be super low. If you are interested in him, what price are you comfortable paying? Achilles are obviously brutal so it’s very possible he never does much of anything again.

Thanks for any feedback

4th or 5th rounder in a 5 round draft. He has almost zero value and unfortunately, I don't think there is much hope for success. Sad what he has gone through.

I have never owned Dobbins but I believe he is done. Could take a small flier on him with a late round pick but both him and Akers (medically speaking) careers are over.

I'd go as high as a late third on Akers and Dobbins. I dont think their careers are over. Both are still young. The problem with trading him for a 4th or 5th round pick is that I think the owner would rather take the gamble on them they a 1 in a 100 shot of whoever they would get in a 4th and especially a 5th round of a rookie draft. I doubt any of them ever see more than 20 snaps a game, if they even stick with their team.

D’Onta Foreman is the only thing that gives me a glimmer of hope. But yeah, I wouldn’t buy him for anything. If I had a free bench spot and he was a free agent, sure. Only way I’d acquire him.

I threw in Dobbins as a throw in on a deal for Rachaad White.
Late 24 2nd/3rd and Dobbins for White.

That’s a steal for White!

In no way would I say JKD is a team building piece. As of today, JKD is nothing more than a wild blindfolded dart throw. He's just another guy at the end of a fantasy bench, who could be cut if another random low-end player caught my attention.

I would gladly pick him up as a free agent if I had an empty roster spot or other junk at the end of a roster.
I would trade garbage players (who would never start for me) for JKD.
I would not trade a 4th for him. Probably not a 5th. I'd rather take a shot on whatever rookies are available at that spot.
If JKD was a freebie throw-in in a trade, I'd take him. But his addition to an offer would not sway my decision, not even 1%.

Not really. Not as far as RB's go. I think both are irrelevant at this point. They may make a roster and get some time on the field if injuries crop up, but their injuries are too much to come back to their former form. It's too bad, but I'd be surprised if Akers, or Dobbins, are on a roster come May.

I agree on the low all late picks… the only way this happens if you target a team(s) who you can envision will have roster cut down issues in the off season. They “might” look at trading them for a pick and solve another issue with cutdowns.

I drafted him his rookie year and was so excited, only to be let down all these years later....the crazy part is he's still only 24 (soon to be 25). Nobody will trade for him, and honestly he's probably better off leaving the Ravens and hoping to get heathy for another team but it's a dart throw, you can't count on him for anything.
