I can't believe you're getting this value for Chubb. I like the first one better because I believe Engram continues to be a starting TE in FF this year and next. That's all of the sudden worth a lot in our game.

Deal #1. Either is great with to very real uncertainty around Chubb, but Engram is a nice TE add.
