Crossroads with this team and it’s the deadline

Team 2 on my sig. Aging core and no picks in the near future. Currently 5-6 and it’s the trade deadline. Competitors have expressed interest in my rbs. What do? Trade some, tear it down, or compete? I don’t really have any pieces to trade for any upgrades. Also QB and TE positions are starting to look tough for me.

In a SF league i dont think you'll win with just Tua. As good as your RBs are I think the reality is (sadly) you wont win the ship, so I'd look to sell some assets. I wouldnt completely blow it up but aging guys such as CMC, Kamara, Diggs, Adams, Godwin, i'd sell for 2024 picks

Well time to stop trading away your picks.

Not really much you can do this year except ride it out.
Immediately in off season I would make a move to recover your 25 1st. Once you do that do a complete tear down and rebuild.

Hold your picks moving forward, see if you can get some short term QB help depending in cost and hope for the best. You have a solid team overall and think it's the wrong time to blow it up but as always, it never hurts to shop and check options.

2024 - No Picks

5-6 is a tough spot for this team to be in. If you had a better record, I'd say roll the dice and go for a 'ship. But because you project to miss the playoffs, I think you have little choice but to sell off.

I'd shop CMC, Kamara, Jacobs, Diggs and Adams. Every league is different so I don't know what you could realistically get in return. However, if you can stack a lot of '24 and '25 firsts, I'd seriously think about it.

You could try to hold everyone together and make a run in 2024 with essentially the same roster, but that feels very risky to me with this specific set of stars.
