I'm tied for first, team I'm trading with is in rebuild. Already 1 veto for this pending trade.

Give: 2024 late first, Doubs
Get: Mixon, 2024 early 3rd, 2025 2nd.

Full disclosure, 10 team league makes the 3rd an late 2nd in reality, which was factored into trade values.
This is also the owner who bought GDavis for an early 24 first last year which started a whole fiasco leading to the now veto vote bull bleep. Basically, we've a league of Karens trying to tell an owner how to run his team.

Mixon is worth a late 1st at best long term, but makes sense for a contender. Doubs and the future 2nd matchup. I don't see anything wrong with this deal either way.

You've just highlighted yet another reason why vetoes are terrible. A manager's reputation should not be a consideration when determining the validity or fairness of a trade. He made a bad trade for Gabe Davis. That should have no bearing on this deal, which is more than fair

Yep, owner tied for 2nd but "nobody will act only in their best interests when vetoing," at least that's what I was told when this veto crap was added, without VOTE, this offseason.

Yeah clearly this veto system is being abused. Strike one. And clearly there are underlying league issues if the commish instituted league vetoes without having a league vote. Strike two. I wouldn’t bother waiting on strike three. Don’t waste your time in a league like this, when there are plenty of good leagues out there.

Two weeks ago I gave doubs and a first for walker. Rather have doubts and pick now and I'm pretty sure I still have walker ahead of mixon

And MY trades are BAD! Hell, this is one I would VETO if I believed in Vetos.
This is why I told the Commissioner to keep it at his discretion, man up and say HELL NO if a trade is truly crazy rather than leave it up to a bunch of self-serving owners (because in the end we kind of all are) to make decisions about trades.
