The bigger ceiling and possible value gain is with Johnston. Palmer is good but not great. If you want to play it safe, Palmer, but if you want to aim high, Johnston. Johnston has a long way to go though and is not a great prospect overall.

I just traded away Johnston for Jaylen Warren and two 3rds, so I’m obviously not a believer, but I’m with everyone else. At that price, he’s definitely worth taking a chance on.

I think so. A lot of people drafted QJ expecting immediate results and he's far more Nico Collins than AJ Green. That said, he has a much higher ceiling than Collins and he's tied to Herbert for the next four seasons.
If you're rebuilding, he's a good target because he's a boom guy that may pay dividends a year or two from now. If you need immediate production, I'd probably sell if you can get good value for him.
