I don’t play in any SF leagues, but I assume Pickett is probably worth a mid 1st. Kirk is maybe worth a late 1st and Davis a mid 2nd. So we’re talking about roughly three 1sts and two 2nds worth of value for Chase. If you can get that done, I’d do it, even though it makes you thin at QB. You’re probably screwed anyway if you lose Allen or Dak, regardless of whether or not you have Pickett. I doubt it gets accepted, but it’s worth a try, I guess.

I'm the biggest Kirk truther around, but I'd insta-reject this offer.
251st is too far out, and if it's yours, presumably it's late. The 2nd doesn't matter much in a trade for Chase, especially if it's late.
Gabe is garbage filler in a trade for Chase.
Pickett is at least one tier too low of a QB in a trade for Chase.
The biggest deficiency I see with the trade is it doesn't deliver one high-quality asset to the current Chase manager.
It's worth sending, I guess, to get a feeling for what the Chase guy wants. Who knows, he might be the kind of manager easily snookered by offers like this.
