I think it comes down to where your team is right now. I think I'm generally always leaning towards the rb because they are harder to come by. With KA's age and your league settings I'd try and land Barkley here. Good luck.

This should be enough for Barkley production wise but likely is not due to Allen's age and being overlooked on the market. To a contender though, Allen is the safer/more productive option.
