The Wilson trade could age well if the Jets find their long time QB and I think the value is there overall. If you are trying to contend this year however, I think Pollard is a good hold. Long term, I like the Wilson deal but you take a hit in production now.

I would be happy to move Pollard for Wilson long term. But you also look to have the draft capital to replenish with while competing, so could see riding Pollard as a contender.

In a rebuild, I’d have hit accept on Pollard for Wilson the second I saw it offered. RB shelf like is about as long as a banana’s these days, and QB situations change fast in the NFL.
