TLDR version without getting into it:
I’ve been offered Shaheed for a late 2nd + mid 3rd (12tm PPR SF - Team 1) - thoughts?
If you want the longer version: I offered the Pitts owner a 1st + Shaheed for KP. He said he has no interest in Shaheed. I told him I’d gladly keep him. He then went to the other league we’re in together and offered me Shaheed for 2nd + 3rd
I like Shaheed a lot and his analytics/peripherals are excellent. But would you pay this price? (I’d probably counter with something small coming back)
Shaheed value?
Re: Shaheed value?
If you are a Shaheed truther, a late 2nd and early 3rd are fine value IMO even in SF, go get your guy.

Re: Shaheed value?
That’s where I’m at. The only question I have (and I think it’s a big one), is can I get more for that 2nd come draft time, or even just a more “sure-bet” vet?
But Shaheed’s youth is intriguing. And if he hits, he answers the first part of that question
Still a bit torn, I think I’ll ask for D.Bellinger as an addition and be happy with it if he takes it

Re: Shaheed value?
A late 2nd seems fair based on what we have seen off and on but I think the pick may have more value in the offseason. I like Shaheed but WRs like him just don't have much market value.
Re: Shaheed value?
If Shaheed hits this year (or even continues to show out similarly to what he’s shown so far, with MT long in the tooth), you are absolutely landing more than a late 2nd back come next draft season IMO.

Re: Shaheed value?
My drunk brain ultimately decided that there are worse ways to spend a 2nd. I.e. if you’re gonna spend it on a WR, why not spend it one you know can produce of given opportunity (and can earn said opportunity)
Deal is done
Gave: ‘24 2nd (mid/late) + ‘24 3rd (early/mid)
Got: Shaheed + Bellinger

Re: Shaheed value?
I've been a fan of shaheed but I think a 2nd alone may have gotten it done. No big deal though I think you got a producer going forward. Not sure if it was reception perception or somewhere had him top 4 or 5 of rookie wrs and pretty high historically if I remember

Yeah, I liked Bellinger before he got nuked by the Waller acquisitionDynasty DeLorean wrote: ↑Sat Sep 16, 2023 1:09 pm Picks are safer but i think the deal is fine. Bellinger a decent throw in
Figured he made sense as a throw in since I roster Waller here
