Team C is in a battle for 1.01 so is offload all his PP, he's looking strong for 1.01 now. Team B is just starting a rebuild after the start of the season didn't go his way. I am shooting for a team strong enough to win the Empire with back to back ships.

I think Team B "won" and I "lost" on sheer value, but if CeeDee helps take me to the promised land it will be more than worth it.

I’m a little concerned about Gibbs too, but this guy must be in full on panic. Pretty cheap deal to pick him up.

I think it is a serious overpay for Kyler and dont really get it. especially since 10 team the picks are a little more valuable and the QBs slightly less. Kyler is in such an unknown situation with red flags left and right. I prefer Love and reed to Kyler without the picks

Love owner probably trying to mitigate risks and latch onto a QB with proven fantasy success across multiple seasons.

I'm not sure I'd make the move but I can understand it.

Team 2 in sig. I had no depth this year with a lot of older players so decided to tear it down and go full rebuild. Made 2 trades...

1st Trade (right after week 2, before Mostert/Thielen kept up their crazy scoring trends...)
I sent: CMC, Kelce, Thielen, Mostert, J Reynolds, 2 3rds, 2 4ths

I received: 2024 1st, 2024 2nd, 2025 1st, 2025 2nd, London, Burks, R. Rice, J. Downs

The team I traded with was bottom 3 (of course now he's top 3, I had no clue Thielen and Mostert would keep this up). His picks next year will probably be late now, but hopeful they will be early in 2025 due to the current age of his roster.

2nd trade (prior to week 6):
I sent: Kupp, 1 4th, 1 5th

I received: 2024 1st, 2024 2nd

The team I traded with is bottom 4, with 2nd fewest points. Hopefully these picks will be very early.

I feel like I sold a little light on both of these but they were the best offers I was receiving, and I was sick of winning games in a rebuild because the players were stuck in my lineups.

I now have 3 1sts and 3 2nds in 2024 (2 early, 1 late), and 2 1sts and 2 2nds in 2025 (hopefully all early). As long as 1-2 of London/Burks/Rice/Downs and 1-2 of the picks work out, I think I will be OK. I also still have Chubb, and hopefully can trade him during the draft next year (fingers crossed).

Thoughts?

It's a huge gamble for me: I was 5-1. But my hunch was that my team, despite my record, wasn't built to win it. I still have Burrow at QB, and I'm hoping that Watson + Purdy can be good enough. Obviously, the huge spike at WR was the goal.
