Charbs for Jamo?

I am fairly deep at WR, with Jamo likely being my WR4 or WR5, but I don't really have strong depth after my top two RB's. Does this trade make sense for my team build? I also think if KW3 goes down, Charbs is gonna be a beast.

I'm starting to get out on jamo. Between his injury last year, gambling this year, and general reports of him being a jerk, in happy to get a late first valuation (charbs) for him.

I would try to get a bit more on value and with Walker III in front of Charbonnet but I totally get it. Williams is getting concerning.

I think I'd do it. He seems like a thug that don't care about life, and we saw how that worked out with Ruggs. Talent is tempting, but headcases rarely work out long term. Probably one of the few that did is Antonio Brown.

I think this should happen in most leagues unless they allow sus players to be placed in IR slots. He's suspended six weeks, you aren't likely to start him the first week back and then they have a bye week 9. So at most you get one game out of the first nine weeks. That's a tough pill to swallow if you have 16 roster spots.

As to the trade - I think fantasy managers need to either be in or out on JAMO. At this point it's reasonable to feel (and it's just that - a feeling) that he is one of those guys who for various reasons won't achieve to his apparent potential. We see this from time to time - Justin Blackmon, Josh Gordon, etc. It's also reasonable to have FOMO and want to avoid the chance of watching JAMO absolutely blow up on someone else's roster.

I was 100% in on JAMO and had him (plus London, Burks and Dotson) as strong buys this off-season. Once the suspension happened I flipped. Now he's in the avoid category for me. I've just seen too many cases where fantasy managers chase these guys. Seems to fail more times than not. I accept that I will miss on some. But I think the odds favor pulling the rip chord.

I'd for sure take Charbs for JAMO at this point. Seems like full value.

Charbs. Even if Jamo hits, he is already stained and getting full value for him will be hard for the next couple years.

i did sell williams for a first to draft charbonnet back in may. so yeah, i'd sell him even more now!

Well I've missed the "thug" talk, but yes he has had a pretty poor start to his career. Yes we knew he is talented and was coming off of a acl and year one was a wash. He was pretty much stupid and gambled, saying "I never was told / heard not to gamble", I mean that sounds straight gangsterish to me, or just a young kid not taking responsibility. He has the higher upside, but it's going to take awhile longer.

off topic, but I haven't had anyone interested in trading him, not sure I'll keep him on my roster as we have cuts coming up soon

now theres a real blurb about something that happened that could be cause for concern character wise but i do think thats a nothingburger personally
