Offers I was sent:

Trade A
Herbert for Tua a 24 1st and 3rd

Trade B
Herbert and a 24 2nd for Tua and Breece Hall

I feel I am underselling Herbert

My counter I want to send is this

Thoughts on all this? looking for opinions.

If Tua stays healthy, the counter would end up being a really good deal. Risky tho.

That's the big if of why I wouldn't take it. I think Herbert will take off this year so I do not want to part with him for cheap. Tua showed last year that concussions are a big concern for him.
