Chark/Gallup look like they are starters on their team
Marshall could still be a thing, but I highly doubt it
Van Jefferson doesn't excite me at all, even if he is a starter for the Rams. He's only in his 3rd year but already 27. Was never a fan if his profile and would rather take an upside shot elsewhere

Jefferson - Starter and he should get enough targets to hold some value. I'd guess most owners want a 2nd for him but buyers only want to pay a 3rd. (similar situation with Gallup)
Gallup - I dont like him but gotta have him ahead of everyone below becasue out of the players on this list he is probably most likely to 900 yards and 6 TDs in a season
Chark - If he can actual develope a little and stay healthy he could be handy in 14 16 team start 11+ leagues
Marshall Could become a Chark type player

From the ages of the players, I assume you're stashing for emergency plug-n-play help primarily during the 2023 season. Maybe 2024 also. You don't have any younger guys except Marshall, and the days of dreaming of him becoming a star are over.

Jefferson - The only guy on the list locked into a #2WR position for his NFL team. And he's playing for an offensively-minded passing coach. If both Stafford and Van stay healthy, it's not unreasonable to expect 900yds/8TDs this year. A lower floor is also very possible.

Gallup - Still uncertain if he or Cooks is the true #2WR in Dallas, but most signs point to Gallup being #3. That's disappointing to his shareholders. The good news is Gallup should be fully recovered and maybe his return to full healthy will help this be more of a #2A-2B type situation. I'm guessing a reasonable outcome of 650yds/5TDs, with variance of a floor 20% lower (525yds/3TDs) and a ceiling 50% higher (950yds/8TDs. Though I don't see any chance of that ceiling if Cooks is healthy all year.

Chark - Honestly see him finishing anywhere between #1WR and #5WR for Carolina, though any #1WR in Carolina is likely in a 1a-1b situation. The Panthers don't project to have a true WR1 -> WR2 ->WR3 year end stat-driven depth chart. Sketchy OL, rookie QB, new HC, deep in a rebuild. No one in the organization plans on winning this season. I project Chark around 400yds/2TDs with 6 games missed. There is a very remote chance Chark hits 800yds/8TDs, but so many improbable things have to align for that outcome that you should also buy a superball ticket if you bet on Chark this season.

Terrace Marshall - Not wasting time on a write-up for him. Don't pick him up unless your league rosters 600+ NFL offensive players. You'd have better chances of success by saying "Candyman" three times, than by rostering TM. 'Nuff said.

Jefferson - most probable of the bunch for the most opportunities. Concerns about Stafford’s health are there, but they’re still going to have to throw the ball because they figure to be behind a lot this year.

Chark - not crazy about him as his rookie QB goes through his growing pains and the mismatch with his strong points in his game, but IMO he’s the tallest midget of the remaining 3 guys.

Gallup - Absolutely do not favor a guy clearly playing his way off the field. His YPG has gone down significantly for 3 consecutive years after his promising sophomore season to the point that he’s almost become an afterthought in that offense and now we’re hearing reports of the light bulb having gone on for Tolbert. I’d probably rather look on the WW for a potentially emerging dart throw instead.

Marshall - Great athlete who is not a good football player. That he’s below Gallup on this list means he’s probably more fit for the WW rather than an active roster.

Actually these last two spots are contributors and insurance against injury for my team's championship run this year. I have enough prospects . The players in Red above are the key players that will be protected going into 2024 along with the psquad players in green. The rest in blue are the supporting cast. I have a shot of picking up Chark tonight on waivers as i have the waiver pole position. I will drop Marshall to do so. Regular roster spots is 18.

Gallup - Probably the safest option as far as production goes.
Chark - Think he has a solid chance to be the WR1 in that offense, but only if he can stay healthy, which he is not at the moment.
Jefferson - He's quite old for his experience and I think he'll be replaced by Puka as the WR2 before the season is out.
Marshall - Meh, I've given up on him, but theoretically he has upside in a deep league.
