Richardson + vs. Stroud +

To preface, I'm a Texans fan and would love to have Stroud on my team, so may have slight blinders on.

I don't per se need Richardson or Stroud with my current QBs(Team Below). I'm thinking of mitigating some of the risk with Jameson. Would this trade be worth the perceived gap between Richardson and Stroud.

Richardson has big value and hype this offseason but I still think you come out ahead on value. Williams is a massive gamble at this point. He basically miss an entire season of important development time and is suspended now. Not a good start...

Interesting offer. Dead even to me. I prefer the Richardson side. Even though I love London, I feels like Stroud has more bust potential than ARich, even though both have some. I’d lean taking the QB I’m most comfortable with given the format.

All that said, fantasy is all about getting your players and having fun. It sounds like getting Stroud would do that for you and that’s a good enough reason to do it. London is going to emerge this year.

I'll be the dissenting voice here: I'm high on Jamo's talent, and I think in SF the ceiling AR has is too tempting to exchange for Stroud. In other words, I see the difference b/w Jamo and London as < than that b/w AR and Stroud. All this being said, I'm also a great believer in getting a guy you'd love to have on your team and enjoying the game of fantasy.

I'm not big on Richardson and actually prefer Stroud or Young. So if he thinks that ARich is a big upgrade and would play him as a qb / SF this year he may go for it with the downgrade at wr.
