I like Washington but he did not land in a favorable spot for production in the near term. Hold both RBs. Washington will probably be dropped later in the year if claimed.

Easily White and Hull, IMO.

Washington has the least clear path to playing time and plays at the least important position. And he's your #5TE.

Agree with above: cut Washington. Low-volume passing attack, in which he figures to be used mainly as a blocker in the near future. Occasional red-zone targets, which will be unpredictable for fantasy purposes.

RBs are the ones that are more likely to have an early spike in value.

I'd wait as long as possible to see what happens with Jacobs, that could change Whites value.

I don't see how either RB shouldn't be kept over a young TE who is behind a promising young TE
