Cap hits are 20% of salary x the number of years remaining.
So for a dude making $300 its $60 per year.

The cap penalties are as follows:
Cut Snoop Conner $400 x 2 x 20% = $160
Cut D'Wayne Eskridge $300 x 2 x 20% = $120
