Making the trade gives you a legitimate shot at the title, at least for this season if not 2024 as well. My only issue is with your QB room in a SF. Wilson should rebound with Payton in charge, but Tua also must remain healthy all year.
Since I don’t think that will happen and am unsure he will be able to remain a QB in this league, I would look to do a rebuild. I’ve mentioned your QB already and you have JT and Chase, but Chubb and three of your star WRs are older. Each of those pieces has decent value now (even Keenan), so would fetch a better value now rather than after a year or two of going for it.
Ultimately, the decision is yours.
