Nick Chubb or Travis Etienne 12 Man PPR

Have a trade on the table to trade away Nick Chubb for Travis Etienne straight up in a 12 man dynasty. Thoughts?

Chubb is way safer and a top tier producer but Etienne probably has the value. Easily Chubb if contending but Etienne if you are looking a bit longer term.

Love me a good Chubb! and he should dominant this year. I will echo the others.. really depends on the team and direction... If you are still 1-2 years out make the trade for ET.. otherwise Let the Chubb rise up and go for the Ship!

This is a fair point but it could be that ETN is getting overdrafted.

A few things worry me about him: 1) he hasn't gotten the pass volume we expected coming out of college and I think that is tied to Engram, 2) Engram is still there, 3) the passing options in JAX have increased, 4) his best production came after Robison was gone and they drafted Bigsby. I'm not saying it's time to fire sell ETN but I don't see any reasons to expect his 2023 production will be better than 2022 (and that's the way he's being treated both in redraft ADP/rankings and dynasty).

age is age and value is value. the everyday dynasty player covets youth and upside over everything. im not saying these valuations are perfect but they are the community view and you just dont want to take a guy the community values significantly less unless you are doing it to win a title and you dont care about value, youth, or leverage in a trade.
