Mixon (POLL)
Mixon (POLL)
This is for the team in my sig. I am pretty stacked, I've won the league the last three seasons, and should have not problem competing this season. I am thinking about moving Mixon in a package for a package containing a 2024 1st. Are you trying to get away that bad? Thoughts? What are you doing with Mixon?

Re: Mixon (POLL)
If the 1st has a shot at being early to mid, I think getting out a year too early is worth it. If you pick looks late, I don't think it's a good or bad deal really but I would lean Mixon at that point. You can afford to lose him, so if you are looking for 1sts, I don't think it hurts you.
Re: Mixon (POLL)
The manager I would be proposing the deal to has been very high on Mixon in the past and earned the 1.01 for this years draft. The 2024 1st should be a high to mid 1st.Gator Sens wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2023 5:45 am If the 1st has a shot at being early to mid, I think getting out a year too early is worth it. Re: Mixon (POLL)
Value is with the pick then. Mixon is already dropped in value this offseason and that will not change with age regardless of production. It's always better to move an RB a year early versus a year too late is my rule.FKC wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2023 6:10 amThe manager I would be proposing the deal to has been very high on Mixon in the past and earned the 1.01 for this years draft. Re: Mixon (POLL)
This is a rare time where, as a contender, I think the value is with the pick.
Mixon helps you a lot, especially in a 4Flex league. But I'm not sure he's a difference-maker anymore, and having the extra 2024 picks has two huge benefits for you. First, in-season, you'll know exactly what your holes are, and you can now fix them. Second, with the league transitioning to SF in 2024, having a potentially early 1st-round pick is huge.
I'd make the trade and figure out a way in-season to plug the Mixon hole -- especially since it might not even exist with your team.

Re: Mixon (POLL)
I’m taking that pick now when you still can for sure get a 1st for him.

Re: Mixon (POLL)
Mixon has already lost a few steps and with the news today he's getting dangerously close to being out of the league. Those aren't his only issues either. He's Zeke with major red flags and even he isn't signed. I wouldn't even trade a 2nd for him as a contender.
