I received an offer from the 1.01 owner for my picks 1.02 & 1.03 for his 1.01 and C. Sutton.
Would you rather have Bijan and Sutton or JSN and Gibbs?

I'm on the other side: I'd take Bijan + Sutton.
Sutton had the famed 2nd-year breakout. His career hasn't progressed, but there have been enough mitigating circumstances to suggest it's not all on him. Had he not missed two games last year, he would have had 1,000 yards -- in the dysfunctional Broncos / R. Wilson system. And I see a lot of reason to be optimistic that things will be better in Denver in 2023 (well, basically, one: Sean Payton). He might not have the sexy appeal that the #1 rookie WR does, but we also know that rookie WRs are around 50/50 to be anything. 1.03 is certainly more valuable than Sutton, but the production possibility isn't that far off.
And Bijan is Bijan.
And your biggest need -- by far -- is RB.
For me, it's a value win and a need win. I'd take it. (Of course, you might be able to get a little more out of the owner, but I would take the deal as-is if it's the final offer.)
