Oh I can be a d**k esp. when I feel like someone is insulting my intelligence. Bad trade offers really, really piss me off. I think it's important to show empathy and understanding of the other team's needs when making an offer - dynasty trades should be win/win.

Seems like many leagues have that one guy who just spams the league with s**t offers.
I usually just ignore it or counter, delete me giving him anything, and send it back.
In this case, he would get nothing and you get his 25 2nd.
Never put a second of thought into the offer, just delete everything on your side with the counter.

I also do not like leagues with no Reverse Max PF, as they encourage tanking.
But I do understand playing within the rules of the league.
