(Poll) Who is most droppable....standard league non ppr, 10 teamer

So there is WW guy I want to go after. Who is the most droppable: CEH, Penny, Z White, W Robinson?
Team in sig. Standard non ppr.

White has hope for next year if Jacobs moves on. Penny can't stay healthy and is aging. It's probably him. CEH is terrible but seems tough to drop for some reason. I would lean Penny.

I appreciate all the help. I chose to drop CEH. Hard decision. CEH has 2 more years in his rookie deal and I just don't see the team going away from Pacheco and a dedicated pass catching back. I see CEH as in 3 man committee for the next 2 years, and at that point he is a roster clogger. I don't think he ever gains a bellcow role anywhere else .
Penny...I know he can't stay healthy but he at least has observable skill. I can see him landing in lead committee role next year and being fairly productive. One these years he is going to stay healthy...I just know it.
White....too much potential to drop right now. If JJ resigns then White is dust but there is chance he takes JJs role next year...and that is worth holding for now.
Really all 3 of the RBs are probably getting dropped when I get to use my 3 2023 1sts. It was super hard to drop CEH though.

ceh was a fine call he doesnt have much value currently and doesnt have an injury or incumbent starter to blame.

i think carroll loves penny so i wouldnt be shocked to see him split again to start next season
