Contender needing QB and getting Tyreek

Team 2 in Sig. PPR SF 12 team. So I lost Lamar and Lawrence is ailing with a foot injury. I got Russell Wilson and Darnold. The rest of my team is pretty solid. A team with Tyreek is out and looking to rebuild. Would you move Rachaad White, Burks and 2 2nds (23’ and 24’) for Tyreek and Daniel Jones?

The way I reckon, this is White and Burks for Tyreek. You're trading good prospects here, but Tyreek is a major win-now piece, and that's a price you'd expect to pay this time of year. Neither White nor Burks have shown that they're guaranteed stars of the future, so I wouldn't lose sleep over this. Go get the 'ship!

That seems light for Tyreek plus any starting QB in a SF, but if you can get it done that's a great deal for you

Nice deal for you as a contender based on price. You are getting an elite WR and a starting QB in the short term with rushing upside. As an out and out contender, I think this is a good move.

Weber i gotta say, this is a slam dunk for me. Getting a QB without giving one is always a big play in a 12t sf, and then like tsarpepe said it's pretty much white and Burks for hill which is unbelievable even if you're at the very peak of Burks believers.

Honestly that seems a lot more fair for Tyreek. Everything you were giving was less than his fair value by a very wide margin. Downgrading the QB to a potentially one year rental shouldn't scare you off and achieves your goal of getting a stop gap anyway. I think I'd do the deal as countered and still be thrilled. You basically anchored really low and won the negotiation while the other owner will likely feel like they swayed things greatly.
