Currently talking to the Walker owner about making a move for him. He owns Eno Benjamin and Josh Jacobs, and has been trying to get Zamir White from me all year.

Would a package of James Conner, Zamir White, a late '23-1st & late-2nd be enough to get the deal done?

Trade calculators are not to be trusted and this offer is very light. I am guessing there are plenty that have Walker as a top 5 back in dynasty moving forward.

They can be an accurate gauge however in this scenario I think they’re way overvaluing Conner and white in the equation.

except that if you are only starting the 1st rounder its 318 to 478 and if you are starting 1st, conner,and 2nd, its 3 positions to 1.

you to either keep the value relatively the same while decreasing the pieces you are sending, or you have to increase the value and keep the number of pieces the same.

calculators really should only be used to get an idea of relative perceived value and should be used with a balanced number of players/picks on each side.

Calculators dont do a great job of adjusting for the quality vs quantity aspect of trades. Eventually if you throw enough junk into a trade it adds up enough calculator value to make trades look even. In the end, almost everyone would rather have the stud and roster spots than a bunch of hope and fluff.

If you want Walker, you will probably need to start with two of your firsts.

Calculators are nice to get ball park values etc... But I can add a bunch of crap to one side to equal the value of a Stud, but that still does not make it a good trade.

If I am the Walker owner nothing in that trade makes sense for me except the 1st but I would need minimum 2 and they would have to be at least mid picks to start chatting.
