He was targeted on two of the eleven passes Fields threw. 18% target share isn’t terrible.
Hadn't looked at the box to realize he only threw the ball 11 times. Fairly concerning in a game you lost by 17
I have Mooney in every league. Watching the two Bears games has soured my take on Mooney significantly. They just didnt invest anything in the offense. Eberflus was great for the Indy defense, just not sure on the offensive side of the ball.
He's not calling plays though. He's focusing on being the HC and letting the OC call the plays.

Fair point. I was always lower on Fields than the consensus, but it is pretty clear to me they are tanking this season. Kid got a raw deal it appears

I know a couple of other recent QBs have had low pass totals as they learned the pro game, but that is startling for a game they didn't win.

Nope

Crazily enough my opponent really didn’t have tons of blowups. Kupp & Kirk were his biggest performances.

It’s a league with super big starting requirements and I had too many duds.

Started Hunter Henry, Parris Campbell, & Taysom Hill… 🙁

I hate to be that 1-game reactionary guy, but I think the Taysom Hill experiment is over for my fantasy teams. I know it might come back to bite me hard, but I don't know if I can live with actual zero games several times this season, while waiting for the two or three more big games.

Hunter Henry and Cole Kmet both have goose eggs on the season. Irv Smith and Knox play tonight, but aren't far off (Irv more than Knox). Pitts has a whopping 7.8 (PPR) on the season. So a Taysom Hill Hail Mary start isn't that bad. One would've thought with Kamara out there would've been a bigger chance of wildcats and use of his abilities, but of course not...

Are the Colts really as bad as they look? That coach won't last 5 more weeks at this point given that owner.

What a mess. Taylor and Pittman owners should be worried. :wtf:

I should be worried about the RB7 in fantasy? He had one down game where the team played from behind all day.

Where were you after week 1 when he had 175 yards and a TD?

Pittman had a huge game the one game he was healthy. I think a big part of the Colts problem was an intent to rely on a rookie receiver (Pierce) and a guy with little game experience (Campbell) as two of the top three receivers. They got lucky that Dulin looks like he can hang, but will they stick with him or slot Pierce back in ahead of him once he’s back from injury?
All I Der Is Win - 16 Team IDP League (Pass TD 6pts)

QB - Stafford, Stroud, Tune
RB - Swift, Hall, Penny, Bigsby, Ford
WR - Pittman, Olave, Di. Johnson, G. Wilson, J. Williams, Metchie, Robinson, M. Wilson
TE - Okonkwo, Schoonmaker
LB - Brooks, R. Smith, Phillips
DL - Crosby, Allen, Simmons
DB - D. James, Baker, Delpit
K - Just a stupid kicker

We have lots of issues, we are very dependent on Leonard, JT and Pittman. We were without two this week. Our O Line can’t pass block, our D line can’t apply pressure. We are this bad.

They're an incredibly inefficiently built roster, even if it's technically a good one overall. Your 3 best players being a RB, a G and a LB is not how you win in the NFL these days.

I'm not worried about Pittman and Taylor specifically. They're both elite assets that have proven their worth, especially when they're on the field.

But yes: the Colts ARE this bad, and you can hang a lot of it on the coaching/QB play. Per Mike Clay, through 2 games:
Offensive EPA per drive:

32. Colts -0.74
31. Cowboys -0.63
30. Bucs -0.54
29. Texans -0.53
28. Patriots -0.52
Yikes.
