Assess my trades and Where to go from here?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Assess my trades and Where to go from here?

Postby Londondynasty » Sat Aug 27, 2022 7:02 am

Reigning champ. 14 teamer. Team 2 in sig.

These have been my close season trades:

Give: Trubisky + 2.14
Get: Deshaun Watson

Give: Amari Coooer
Get: Toney, 2022 2.2 and 2023 projected early 2nd.

Give: Rojo, MVS
Get: Gibson

Give: 3rd and 5th
Get: Kareem Hunt and OBJ

Give: Sanders, Devonta Smith
Get: AJ Brown

Drafted: Wandale and David Bell with my only 2 picks.

Think I've got younger and better, trying to consolidate depth and the odd starter.

Thoughts on trades so far?

Anywhere else to go or stick for now?

Cheers!

I think you won big on every deal except the Cooper deal which was even. I would keep trying to do many-for-one type of deals as it seems some of the owners in your league are willing to give up studs for a bunch of mediocre pieces.

The Cooper trade could go either way but he is consistently valued low, so I think you did fine there with the 2nds coming back. I think you made some very nice deals. I would not touch Watson at any price, but you won that deal too. You look pretty solid for a 14 teamer and outside of any deals that come your way organically, I would not force anything and see how your team comes out. Nice work!
