If you don't mind adding age, the counter should be a RB (Barkley, Cook, McCaffrey), a WR (Cooks, Allen) and Kelce. Otherwise, you could use Chase to upgrade at QB.
For me, I move on as this guy is just fishing and trying to pull a fast one on you.

I inherited this team two years ago and have worked hard to upgrade TERRIBLE WRs. Acquired Chase, DSmith, EMoore, as well as BRobinson at RB.

Was just offered:

Sanders RB
NKeal Harry WR (blech)
Renfrow WR
2023 1st from the 2nd best team, so that pick should be late.

I barely made the playoffs last year, finishing 6th.

This is an easy pass, right? Sanders is OKAY IMO, Harry is garbage, and while Renfrow did well, seems like a fluke.

This guys is offering me the bottom of his top tier guys. Would you counter? I love Chase.

So he wants to send a late first and a couple players with 2nd round value for Chase? This is a great deal for you as long as you think Chase is worth a single 2nd round pick.

I personally think the other owner is about 2-3 1sts short on the offer.

Almost too polite in my opinion.

I usually say to tell people that 4 quarters does not equal a dollar in dynasty trades. For this guy, he's offering you a two dimes, a nickel, and a fake penny for a dollar.

I'd hit him back with a 'Come on man, really?'
