Andrews. He is an elite TE with huge value. Jones is past his value cliff and is aging out at RB. Aging RBs are the worst asset to have in a rebuild because they offer nothing for you and hold little value on the market after a point.
TE is one of the last places I would focus in a rebuild but Andrews has nice trade value.
