NCAA themed Dynasty League

Check out this other NCAA themed Dynasty league. It has seven 12 team divisions, each with their own copy of NFL players. Play consist of mostly division play with 3 out of conference matchups. There is an 8 team playoff with major and minor bowl games. Lots of ways to cash. All rookie drafts are auctions. We have a hand full of orphans, some with a ton of 22 draft capital. I reviewed the document posted regarding the subject league. Are all 19 of those teams still available as orphans? I see the Pending note at the bottom but no teams seem to have been marked to indicate that. I am definitely interested in the league.
