I have Mattison on a team going into year two, drafted start-up with a hero RB strategy. And I think he still fits that mold. His value post Chandler take over, which we have no misconceptions about, doesn't take a hit here. I don't expect him to win the job, but he could still turn in some volume dependent wothy starts just like he did some in weeks 1-9 last season.

I agree. i pretty much went almost all in on him last year so hoping to recoup some value in 2024 but not looking good.

You'll need an injury to know when to start him, though.

They're both 2-down grinders. Whoever wins the job will be the one to start... this Gardner Minschew offense isn't going to put up enough counting stats to start both.
