Just saw this news this morning. With Godwin likely missing a couple games, what are our thoughts on the TB offense & Brady in the start of the upcoming season? 🤔

Even more so than usual. Here comes season 9 of 1k+. So many more red zone targets too...

Agreed. I don't think it's too much of an overstatement to expect a Moss-in-NE like year from Evans. Without Godwin to start and without Gronk and AB all season, he's going to be an uber Alpha this year.

Otton and Brate will probably split time and both will be back end TE2 with Brate a decent streaming option. Ppl will ovverreact but I doubt he cracks top 10 TE.

This is good news for Russell Gage. At least for the first month then it becomes good news for Godwin.

I actually think that Gronk may come back out of retirement.
I think that Gronk wants nothing to do with training camp and preseason.

However, if Bucs struggle a bit out of the gate, and Brady reaches out to Gronk in October, I think Gronk will return.

Obviously Lenny and Evans are top options with this news.
It's a shame I just traded Evans away about 2 weeks ago for Michael Pittman.
I am expecting Evans to have a monster year, and that is why I sold him.
I think Evans could be done in 2023 when Brady leaves Tampa Bay.

i think gronk saw the rams on the schedule and said screw that. he doesn't want any part of terrell lewis or nick scott.

he will unretire after the rams game and then will get a mystery injury before the playoff game against the rams if they meet.

I was surprised he came back the first time. I think he's done. He won another SB, he's a few years older. He's made some more money, and won another title, but he's also taken more hits, and the NFL did take it's toll on Gronk. I think it's over.

I think it's over too but I don't discount him coming back for a playoff run if TB is looking good

I would bet money if I was in Vegas that if TPA is competing Novemberish, he will be back. He just wants nothing to do with off season work.

While no one ever really knows with Gronk, one thing for certain; Gronk was one of the greatest TE's and football players of all time. He may come off as a carefree party animal but it is obvious he worked very hard at his craft.

If this is the end; He will be missed.

There's a lot of speculation that Gronk is just missing training camp ... we shall see ..
