Najee or 1.01 (Breece) and 1.08

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Only concern about Hall is his landing spot, but the value is with the picks.

I'd hold Najee until we know where Breece land. Bell-cow RBs are getting increasingly rare, and Najee is one of them. If Breece lands in
Arizona with Conner, that's a bad deal for you.

Hold Najee at least until we know where Breece ends up. Don't let anyone convince you that another 300+ touches for Najee (in a league where bell cows are becoming extinct) is a bad thing. Pittsburgh isn't about to start airing it out under Trubisky and 2 of their top 3 free agent signings were O line upgrades.

As others have mentioned, Harris is a true workhorse which is rare in today's NFL, so I would not make this deal until Hall's landing spot is known. The value is fair but opportunity and depth chart is key for RBs. Hold as of now.

Problem with waiting is if Breece goes to a great spot, the price goes up. It's a gamble, but I think I would do it. Najee having trubisky or some rookie under centre isn't all that inspiring to me either.

I'd risk it on Breece and the pick
12 team SF/ 2QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex

QBs- Dak, Stafford, Cousins, Newton

RBs- Joe Mixon, Ekeler, Barkley, Javonte Williams, Melvin Gordon, Hines, Roundtree, Tony Jones jr, Foreman

WRs- Adams, Hill, DJ Moore,AJ Brown, Mooney

TEs- Schultz, Kmet, Engram

2022 picks- 2.10 3.11

Value is with the picks, but agree with others that landing spot will be a huge factor here. Based on your team it looks like you are in a prime contending spot, which makes me lean keeping Najee actually.
Team 1
12-team, 0.5 PPR, SuperFlex, TE Premium (+0.5 PPR) | 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 3FLEX, 1SF

QB: Hurts, Herbert, Cousins, Purdy
RB: Taylor, Barkley, Swift, Mixon, N.Harris, Hunt, Dobbins
WR: Jefferson, Adams, Metcalf, Godwin, Ridley, Lockett, Cooks
TE: Kittle, Njoku, Gesicki

Team 2
12-team, PPR | 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2FLEX

QB: Wilson, Jones
RB: Robinson, Gibbs, Mixon, Sanders, R. White
WR: Lamb, Godwin, Lockett, Addison, D. Johnson, Meyers, Campbell, R. Moore
TE: Kincaid, Dulcich, Fant

Picks easily for me. Breece is better than Najee IMO, and with start 10, depth is important.

Najee easily. 80% chance Hall lands in split backfield or just a bad organization.

In SF I might lean the Hall side but I’ll take Najee from now pending a premium landing spot for Hall. Najee was great in fantasy last year and his lack of efficiency can be attributed a lot due to his poor line and QB play
