Brian Flores lawsuit

Good on him. He is probably ending his coaching career, but I think he may enact change

Early last season, I thought Flores was an excellent coach. He seemed to have a plan, played excellent football with a not-entirely excellent team. And it looked like he made all players better.

And then something happened.

This year, the Dolphins did not look at all like they had a plan. And Flores looked like a completely different person, a shadow of his former self.

I don't know if his allegations are true. But they are in sync what what I (and probably many more) saw. I have a lot of respect for his decision to stand up against injustice. Certainly not good for his career, but - if true - good for the NFL, on the long run.
