I don't follow college (except for my lowly Pitt Panthers) but I usually like to watch the major bowls and wow I was impressed by Michel. Is he for real?

He is near the top of my list. Good cuts, very fast, nice frame, can catch pretty well, puts the shoulder down when he has to but he isn't like AP or Beast mode truck stick.

One of many talented backs in this class. I'm going to be watching landing spots closely this year.

Ya in the right location lots of potential. Looked very good tonight on 15 touches.

Extremely talented. The only reason he doesn't have more name recognition is because of Chubb and the never ending talent pool at RB that Georgia has. Depending on landing spot he could be anywhere from 1.03 to early 2nd.

Kid is a beast and is dynamite with the ball in his hands. Like someone above said, lower recognition since he has been behind Chubb. Kid is a 3 down back and could really be electric in the right system. Reminds me a lot of Kamara when he was at Tennessee.

If everyone thought 2017 RB's were stacked... 2018 is going to be about the same. There are a lot of 5'10/5'11, 215lb RB's who can catch the ball who are coming out... one of which is Michel.

Reminds me a little of Tevin Coleman, although he runs with lower pad level and his hips are more fluid. Nice prospect in the right spot.

I might like him more than Chubb and thought he was probably the 2nd best rb on the field tonight. Can't wait to see how good Anderson gets.

I'm a big fan of Sony. I don't care for guice, not sure about love or Ronald Jones, but Sony and Chubb will be good coming out of college. Hoping Sony goes to raiders or someone who will give him the reins

The Kamara comp is a pretty good one.

The RB debate after Barkley is very interesting. Not a Guice fan myself I definitely like Chubb, Michel is solid and so is D Harris.

Lots of talent this year at RB

He's been a favorite of mine. Posts like this have me half heartily wishing he wouldn't have exploded on the stage he did tonight because some people never heard of him before tonight. Building off the Kamara and T. Coleman comps I think he isn't "Exactly" like either rather a blend of the two. Not as greasy as Karmara but shifty and fluid in his own right. Lower pad level and more fluid than Tevin but you see the same explosive bullet. I envision his role in the NFL being a guy who touches the ball 13-18 times a game while generating explosive plays.

was watching 3 years ago when chubb was destroying everyone pre knee explosion ! and the announcer gary danielson I think quoted mark richt then Georgia coach as saying sony michel was dawgs most dangerous/ valuable weapon. Seemed bizarre at the time but I noted it for future reference . I think he was a bit of a sleeper to many in the community but that is out the window now IMHO!

Here are some notes that I have on him based on things I've read:

Finished career best in 2017; has a frame that can add weight in the NFL; good hands out of the backfield; great character and work ethic could lead to high upside player; he is smaller but has great acceleration; has the frame for an every down workhorse back; may not even be a day 2 draft pick which would drop him in rookie drafts
