If you believe in Sanders, I see this helping your overall build more. Jones is a gamble long term and Andrews is a step below elite at TE. Still seems a bit light though.

Maybe it's fair on paper but it still feels like 4 quarters for a dollar

I've little interest in the pieces coming back and have immense interest in Kelce. I'd rather ride him out or try to create a better deal

Although Kelce is on the older side, he is elite and you are not receiving anything elite or a big prospect in return so I would hold here.

I would look for Hockenson + if you are looking to get out of Kelce before his value craters.
8 Team PPR 2QB, 2RB, 3WR, 2TE, FLEX, 5 Bench

QB - Mahomes, Prescott, Carr
RB - R. Stevenson, A.Jones, A. Kamara, K. Herbert
WR - Adams, Diggs, Godwin, Hollywood , JuJu
TE - Kittle, Waller, Higbee
TAXI - Brian Robinson, J. Warren

Picks
23' 1st, 3rd, 3rd
24' 2nd
25' 1st and 2nd

Kelce is a stud, but he is a win-now piece. I feel he has a few more years of production and you have him stacked with Mahomes. However, there is no TE prem, and it doesn’t look like you are competing despite a strong QB corps.

If you have faith in Sanders and more in Z. Wilson than Jones, I can see this trade with the 2nd added. Wilson and Jones are a swap, so it’s the rest for Kelce. I feel like the value is on the side you’re getting. It fills in your RB rotation, but I would look to secure a couple more good young WRs sooner rather than later.

It’s about fair but doesn’t make sense to me for your squad. I like Wilson but I’m not parting with Kelce to have him as my 3rd QB unless there’s a little more comin back.

It’s a no for me too. You shouldn’t trade Kelce unless it brings you some solid WR help. Keep your QB/TE stack. Plus you have 4 1st next draft? You should only be collecting elite players, not trading them away.

I'd take it. Kelce is going to take a step back soon IMO, and then his value is trashed. The second he's not way ahead of the pack, his value is destroyed. D Jones is on this ice. I like resetting with Wilson, and Sanders, Andrews and a 2nd is plenty to offset it. You upgrade at QB, and get Andrews, Sanders and a 2nd? You'll never get a better offer for Kelce. Your team needs more pieces, and Kelce probably won't put you over the top with that WR corps and RB group, unless your QB's totally carry you, along with Kelce. I just think it's a good move to increase the value of your roster long term, and add depth. What you lose at TE going from Kelce to Andrews, you gain in getting a starting RB, and then you get a better young QB who holds value, and a 2nd as well. Easy accept for me.

You can and should do better for Kelce. He is one of the biggest difference makers in all of fantasy and is coming off of his best season. You should be getting more certainty in the return. All of the pieces you'd receive have major question marks or aren't in ideal landing spots or situations. It's okay to move Kelce, just do better.

I feel like somebody would pay more for Kelce. FantasyFreak is right about his value, but at least for now he is one of the few players that can power a team to a championship. Someone will want him as their missing piece.

How many teams?

If 12+ I like this if you are going for a quick retool. I would rather move Kelce for waller, but I'd this is the deal on the table it's the deal on the table.

For 10 or fewer teams, I'd rather hold Kelce and look to add a RB and possibly a wr.

Wow! Thought this was dead. I took the offer when my trade partner added Devonta Smith to the deal. At that point I just felt silly not to pull the trigger. By most metrics the offer was fair to begin with I thought, but like many of you have said I valued the stack. When Devonta was added I couldn’t say no. I also felt like getting a young QB like Wilson was a huge win. If he becomes anything close what he is being talked about I could easily move him for a player. Thanks for all the feedback!
