Yeah, him being unhealthy last year was given on a few different injuries. Adding a knee injury, it's a case where you see he wasn't right last year even more than was thought, which is good for your interpretation of his season last year, but there is no logical argument on why it's good for his outlook going forward, in terms of his health and long term prognosis.Ice wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 8:23 amOne can hope but feeling better about a knee injury for RB?????Cowboysfan33 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 12:51 pmExactly how I look at it. I actually feel better about him and I think everyone knew he wasn’t full strength last season.
Thinking there is an oxymoron in there someplace.
There is never an argument where more injuries to a player's injury list is good for his career. It's a case of owners wearing rose coloured glasses, trying to see the positive side of why he didn't play well, which is fine, as long as we're simply talking about why he didn't play well. If we are talking about another injury (that wasn't reported BTW, so not sure what's going on with that an the NFL's protocol) as a good thing for his career outlook long term as a RB in the NFL, it's a bad piece of new info, and that's really all there is to it.
