Tried To Trade For AJB; On To Plan B ??

I have the 1.02, 1.04 & 1.10 for 2021. I offered my 1.04, 1.10 & 2022 1st for AJB. The response was that my offer was fair, & that AJB is tradeable, but he didn't want "4 quarters for a dollar." Also, he says AJB is essential to his championship hopes. He also has DK, Ridley, Godwin & Claypool as his top WRs. So, on to Plan B, which could either be:

(1) Offer Barkley or Taylor for AJB (or try to move up a bit with SB/JT + 1.10 for AJB + 1.07) ? does this make sense? I think it could be very tempting to the other guy as his top RBs are Zeke, Swift & Hunt. If the trade was accepted, I'd then have to draft Harris @ 1.02 if available, so I'd prob wait to make the offer until I'm OTC to ensure that Harris was there. Or I could just draft BPA, emphasis on RB.

(2) Package the 1.02 + for AJB. The prospect of getting either Chase or Harris might be enough to change his mind?

(3) Offer the 1.04+ (my 3.02 or 3.06 or my 2022 2nd) for either Terry McL (prob have to offer > for him) or DJ Moore from a guy who has both & who had the 1.04 until he traded it to me last year. There are Qs with each that aren't there with AJB. But I don't give up SB or JT.

(4) Forget all this & just draft BPAs ? Thanks & stay safe out there!

BPA is likely the way to go as Brown will be super expensive. I would not be opposed to moving the 1.02+ for Brown if Chase is off the board however depending on what the + turns out to be.

I thought the + might be the 1.10, or Deebo + a 2022 2nd or 2021 3rd rd pick. But while I'd OP up to 10%, I won't go above that. I would seriously consider SB for AJB, since I'd likely draft RB at 1.02 or 1.04. Just not sure.

I would move on. Draft BPA.

I'd recommend keeping the high picks (1.2 and 1.4) and drafting BPA.

Try to target guys like Evans or Woods with your other picks. They're players that produce at a WR1-2 level but seem to be undervalued. You might even be able to snag a guy like Julio for cheap to fill in for a year while your youngsters develop.
