Jones due only to age. I think Fitzpatrick outscores him this year.

2021 is probably something of a wash between the two guys. So you might as well go with the one with more potential long-term value. Even if that potential is tiny.. I'd roll with DJones and pray.

With Mahommes as your starter, I'd try to trade any one of your backups and take the best offer. Since you are sitting at 2.01 as your first pick, I'd even consider offering a qb plus that pick to move up to 1.07 or earlier, where there is a tier break.
