Specifically:

Active league
Relatively deep rosters/starting req.
12tm+
SF preferred
$50 or less annual dues preferred
Dues handled by 3rd party like leaguesafe
MFL so I can keep all my teams together

Let me know if something like this exists. Not really wanting an ophan as I enjoy the startup aspect.
